1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the official website (onlinehubs.world/isos) or engaging the professional services of Islamabad Online (SMC-Private) Limited (ISOS), you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all service interactions and consultancy agreements between ISOS and the client.
2. Scope of Professional Services
ISOS provides specialized consultancy and facilitation services for Global Visas, Document Attestation, and Legal Translation. Our role is limited to providing expert guidance in file preparation, documentation review, and submission protocols. Please be advised that ISOS is a facilitation body and does not possess the authority to issue visas or travel permits.
3. No Guarantee of Visa Approval 🛡️
The final approval or rejection of any visa application remains the exclusive prerogative and sole discretion of the respective Embassy or Consulate. ISOS cannot and does not provide any guarantee regarding the issuance of a visa. Our professional responsibility is to ensure that your application file is meticulously prepared according to current diplomatic and legal standards.
4. Client’s Legal Responsibility
The client is legally obligated to provide authentic, original, and valid documentation. ISOS shall not be held liable for any delays, rejections, or legal consequences arising from the submission of forged, incomplete, or fraudulent documents provided by the client. Furthermore, all government and embassy processing fees remain the client's responsibility at current market rates.
5. Payments and Refund Policy
All service and consultation charges must be settled as per the agreed contract before the initiation of the process. Once the documentation, filing, or consultation process has commenced, all service charges are strictly non-refundable, irrespective of the final visa outcome or embassy decision.
6. Legal Compliance and Jurisdiction
ISOS operates in full compliance with the laws of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
